The Oxford Town Jiu Jitsu club is a member of The Jiu Jitsu Foundation, a non-profit organisation teaching Japanese Jiu Jitsu
We're based in Risinghurst with a sister club just off Iffley Road.
The Jiu Jitsu Foundation is an international organisation started in the UK, with clubs in cities throughout Britain.
WHAT IS JIU JITSU?
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art based on locks and throws, invented as a way to deal with an opponent wearing armour.
We focus of self defense, using techniques to take control of your opponent and putting them onto the ground.

We train in the Risinghurst Community Centre
We have one session a week on Mondays:
